The Job Description - this describes the duties and

responsibilities of the job. You must decide if the job

is one that you are interested in and whether you

have the skills and experience to apply.

Person Specifications - person specifications are

attached to all MediHome job descriptions. These

describe the requirements needed to do the job. The

selection panel will be looking for proof of these

requirements on your application form.

Education and Training - list all formal and informal,

external and internal training. Make sure you have not

left anything out and that you have included all short

courses.

Work Permits - MediHome are not able to obtain work

permits under current Home Office regulations and

therefore are unable to consider applicants who are

subject to work permits.

Professional Registration - applicants must have

current UK professional registration with the

appropriate regulatory body.

Criminal Convictions Declaration Form - This post is

subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act

(Exemptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be

necessary for a submission for Enhanced Disclosure

to be made to the Criminal Records Bureau to check

for any previous criminal convictions.

Referees - We seek to obtain professional references

from appropriate referees. If possible check that both

individuals are willing to act as referees. Referees

should NOT be close personal friends or relatives.
