Our performance is excellent
We are regulated and rated 'Excellent' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regularly inspects our services. The latest CQC inspection report can be found here.
We are proud of our quality-assured service
We are committed to always maintaining the highest quality standards in everything we do – starting with our clinical standards and how well we look after our staff, and extending through every aspect of our business, especially customer service.
Our clinical operations are overseen by a Clinical Governance Committee that includes three external members: a current NHS acute trust medical director, a former policy director of the Royal College of Nurses, and a former NHS Trust Chief Executive.
We invest in training our staff to meet our own demanding care standards. All clinical staff working with us pass through our own induction and training programme, and afterwards receive ongoing training for professional development. They are mentored by experienced clinical staff.
All work undertaken by our staff has to comply with detailed protocols and policies that have been developed within a comprehensive clinical governance framework. Clinical excellence is measured through the use of Key Performance Indicators by the use of audit and observations of care through peer assessment.
We achieved ISO 9001 accreditation in September 2008 and are currently working towards Investors in People accreditation.
We operate to the equivalent of NHS CNST (Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts) Level 3 standard which means that we satisfy the demanding requirements for coverage by the NHS' own medical negligence insurance scheme.
We monitor the experience of our patients through a rigorous patient satisfaction survey.

We have achieved ISO 9001 accreditation.
