1. Are patients covered by their PMI?
   Probably. We always need to check their cover and policy details before we commence. However, most PMIs will authorise MediHome services if they are a direct alternative to remaining as an inpatient.
2. What about self-paying patients?
   Our rates are materially less than those for an inpatient stay in a private hospital. Please call 0800 7076505 for our private patient ratecard.
3. How do I refer a private patient?
   Simply phone us on 0800 7076505.
4. As a private practice clinician, can I access the patient record system?
   Our Electronic Patient Record system is used for the management of all our hospital-care-at-home patients, whether NHS or private. You can access the system from any internet connection, subject to first downloading a small piece of ActiveX software and being issued with a unique ID and password.
5. Can I be assured of a high quality service?
