Shelley Dowd, Director of
Human Relations, is a former NHS trust HR director and has
worked in recent years as an adviser to SHAs, PCTs and NHS acute
trusts. Shelley started
her career as a personnel officer in the NHS, but also spent several
years in HR working for hospitals in Saudia Arabia. |

Natalie Leon, Director of Finance, qualified as an
accountant with Arthur Andersen where she worked for 5 years in corporate finance before
joining AIG Global's private equity team in London and later moving to
Nations Healthcare, the operator of Independent Treatment Centres for the NHS.

Mark Lomax, Managing
Director, founded MediHome in 2002 with David Lomax after observing the
effectiveness of home nursing while working overseas. Mark studied medicine at
Barts and
worked as a junior doctor in hospitals in London, Hampshire,
and overseas. He is co-chairman of the NHS Confederation Independent Providers Forum. |
