Shelley Dowd, Director of
Human Resources, is a former NHS trust HR director and has
worked as an adviser to SHAs, PCTs and NHS acute
trusts. Shelley started
her career in the NHS, but also spent several
years in HR consultancy in the private sector and overseas. |

Sheila Gomm, Head of Nursing, trained in the Windsor Group School of Nursing and worked in the NHS, in Australia
and for Nuffield Hospitals. She joined MediHome in 2005, working first as Nurse Manager
and Clinical Care Co-ordinator before promotion to her present role. |

| Natalie Leon, Director of Finance, qualified as an
accountant with Arthur Andersen where she worked for 5 years in corporate finance before
joining AIG Global's private equity team in London and later moving to
Nations Healthcare, the operator of Independent Treatment Centres for the NHS. |

| Mark Lomax, Managing
Director, founded MediHome in 2002 with David Lomax after observing the
effectiveness of home nursing while working overseas. Mark studied medicine at Barts and
worked as a junior doctor in hospitals in London, Hampshire,
and overseas. He is co-chairman of the NHS Confederation Independent Providers Forum. |
