1. Am I covered by my PMI?
Probably. We
always need to check your cover and policy details before we
commence. However, most PMIs will give authorisation for MediHome
services if it is a direct alternative to staying as an
in-patient.
2. What if it is a self-paying patient?
Our rates are
materially less than those for an inpatient stay in a private
hospital. Please call 01272 725272 for our private patient
ratecard.
3. How do I refer a private patient?
Simply phone
MediHome on 0122 725272.
4. As a private practice clinician do I still have
access to the web accessed electronic patient record system?
MediHome's EPR
system is used for the management of all our hospital care at home
patients, whether NHS or private. You can access the system from
any internet connection, subject to first downloading small piece
of "ActiveX" software.
5. Can I be assured of a high quality service?
