What’s it like to work at MediHome?
Most roles involve being part of a multidisciplinary team, but as a nurse, physiotherapist or healthcare assistant you will spend much of your time delivering one-to-one care to patients within a strong clinical governance framework.
You will be working with our teams based in hospital trusts, treating a specialist caseload of NHS patients who remain under the care of their consultant but return home to complete their treatment.
We are flexible regarding working hours and shifts
Our combination of permanent and bank staff supports our family-friendly approach. There are a range of shift patterns to provide 7 day a week healthcare to patients. These shifts cover the hours between 7am - 11pm and include but are not limited to 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm.
This means that you can balance your professional and personal life, no matter what your commitments.
